Testimonials

"She has helped me learn to relax and has suggested exercises that have helped me to cut down on my pain medication. I come from Edson, NH, but the distance to travel is well worth it." --I.J.

"I have been receiving massages from Makote for years, but the massage is just the tip of the iceberg. Makote is a healer. The visit starts with a check in after which I may receive advice or instruction on the breath, stress management, nutrition, or how to look at something in a new light. She gives me exercises to do to help me manage my rogue body that is famous (well, in my world anyway) for knotting up in fantastic and creative ways. She knows how to untie the knots." --N.H.
